I think I have finally recovered from my weekend in TN.  I had a great time and I converted a friend who came along to quilting!  She has always been a quilter "at heart", but she finally realized she can express her creativity through fabric.  I LOVE it!
Here are a few pictures of my booth and some of the products I had for sale.  Some of these items are not on my website yet (www.customquiltkits.com), but don't worry, they will be soon.  I was holding them as an exclusive item for the show, but they will be available soon. For those of you who entered my door prize drawing, I have contacted a winner and and waiting for a response.  If I don't hear something by Friday I will draw another entry. CHECK YOUR EMAIL, you could be the winner!
I just ordered the Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam dies for my machine.  If this is a quilt you have always wanted to make, the pre cut shapes will make it easier!  Start putting together your fabric now so when I tell you I'm ready, you can get your Sues and Sams!  In fact, email me at info@customquiltkits.com if you would like to mail me your fabric now and I can cut them as soon as I get my dies.

I did a demonstration at the show with my Studio die cut machine and the hexagon shape.  I also learned a few tips while I was there from other vendors.  I will pass those along in my next post.
Until next time, keep quilting!

Well, I'm in the final stretch preparing for the Smoky Mountain Quilt Guild Show later this month in Knoxville, TN.  I am soooo excited about this show, I think I could bounce all the way to TN--a six hour drive.
I finished these two St. Patrick's Day wallhangings the other day.  I will use them in my quilt booth and hang them in March in my school library.
After I come back from the quilt show I will be putting a better selection of pre cuts on my website.  I'm afraid if I do it right now, I will sell them all before I get there and then have nothing for my booth.
I've got some new dies/shapes in lately and have not had a spare moment to take pictures, but will soon, I promise!

Until next time, keep quilting!
